This service is for the couple who already has a big picture but needs a little guidance to fine tune all the details of their wedding planning process.

• In-person planning meeting 4-6 weeks before your wedding date

• Unlimited wedding planning etiquette advice throughout your planning process

• Access to our preferred vendor list

• Schedule and facilitate final walkthrough and invite any necessary vendors

• Coordinate logistics with all vendors starting 30 days before the wedding

• Detailed timeline creation

• Wedding party specific timeline creation for you and your wedding party

• Detailed floor plan and layout creation of all event spaces

• Obtain vendor contracts and provide them with a detailed timeline and all relevant information prior to your event

• Rehearsal coordination

• Up to 12 hours of wedding day coverage with 2 coordinators

• Provide wedding essentials survival kit

• Comprehensive event execution by one lead wedding coordinator and at least one assistant wedding coordinator from set up to event conclusion.

• Personal assistance for the couple throughout the entire day

• Assist photographer as needed to help photos run efficiently and smoothly

• Assist with handing out flowers to family members, as well as pinning boutonnieres and corsages

• Oversee the proper setup of the event

• Set up your personal items like table numbers, place cards, centerpieces, favors, guest book, decor pieces etc.

• Ensure the event flows according to the timeline

• Communication with couple, wedding party, and family to make sure you know what's happening when

• Work closely with entertainment/DJ and MC of the event on timing for ceremony music, appropriate dances, speeches and announcements

• Assist with guest movements and announcements so guests are never confused or wondering what's happening

• Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on the day of the event

• Breakdown all personal items like table number, centerpieces, guest book, decor pieces, etc at the conclusion of the event

• Collect all cards & gifts to give to designated person to secure for couple

We collaborate with you to craft a one-of-a-kind wedding design vision that reflects your style, personality and life together as a couple.

We begin with a design consultation where we create a custom color palette and inspiration board that highlights large and small details including linens, lighting, décor, florals, and more.

We'll find vendors, if you don't already have them, and design elements within your decor budget and help pull it all together on the big day.

This package includes help securing floral/decor vendors, table top and/or lounge furniture rentals, and draping/lighting vendors.
