You dove straight into the planning process, ready to do it all. Suddenly, you started to feel overwhelmed and you noticed you didn't have all the time and patience needed to plan your big day. This service is for the couple who already has a big picture but needs a little guidance to fine tune all the details of their wedding planning process.

• 5 In Person Consultations (60 minutes each meeting)

• Vendor Search if needed (Venue, Catering; Photographer; Videographer; Lighting; Chairs, Tables, Linens, and Furniture Rental; DJ or Band; Floral Designer; Hair and Make-up Artist; Transportation; Bakery, Hotel Room Blocks; Rehearsal Dinner & Brunch recommendations etc...)

• Keep you on track with planning timeline

• Review of Vendor Contracts

• ​Invitation Assembly

• Guidance on Pre-wedding events (including Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner

• Onsite tour and meeting to finalize details of your big day

• Contact and confirm schedules and timing with all of your vendors

• Provide a detailed timeline for your wedding implementation from start to finish

• Greets vendors and assists in setup and organization of the event 

• Check floral delivery and distribute to bridal party and family

• Set up guest book and favors, arrange escort cards/place cards/menus, confirms reception seating and setup

• Ensures music and procession run smoothly and timely

• Wedding Day Coordination

• Lines up bridal party and bride/groom for introductions

• Delivery of final payments or gratuities to vendors on behalf of the couple

• Remains on site until the end of the event. Packs up Bride's decor.
