Drum roll please! Our venue pick of the month goes to The Lyman Estate in Waltham MA!!

This is at the top of the list as one of our favs. Located in the amazing city of Waltham MA where there is every kind of restaurant and bar - not to mention hotels, local transportation and history to wow your out of town guests to save them the trip into the big city if they don't want to.

Built in 1793, The Lyman Estate has some of the best spots for outdoor pictures and ceremony sites. The grounds are so perfectly maintained and the house itself is breathtaking! My favorite outdoor space is the wrap around veranda - great for cocktail hour or an outdoor bar space.

A huge perk is it's one of the few mansions in the area with central air conditioning! A blessing on those hot summer wedding days.

We have done many weddings there and it's truly a nice venue to work at as far as locaion to the interstate, parking, off loading and set up. The layout of the grounds and the house make for a very easy set up...a no stress venue for sure. Nicole, the venue coordinator, is such a doll to work with! She's always so accommodating and easy going it's a joy to work there.
